Reservation Policy For Chef Tasting Dinners
(Beginning November 1, 2009 for all new reservations)
Due to the intimate size of the cottage and popularity of the tasting dinners, a $50.00 per guest deposit
is required to confirm your reservation. One week (7 days) prior to your tasting dinner date, your
reservation is firm. All cancellations or reductions on or after this date will forfeit the deposit. Please
let us know as soon as possible of changes.
20% gratuity included on parties of 6 or more ~ no splits are allowed.
*You will receive confirmation of your reservation once a credit card number is secured. All
reservations will receive an email confirmation as well confirming this policy.
